One of Grupo Defensa’s goals has been to democratize access to clear and timely legal advice, especially in sensitive areas like debt, family law, and labor law. In this context, our challenge as an agency has been to position the firm as an approachable leader within the Chilean legal ecosystem.

Through a communication strategy focused on showcasing expert spokespeople, highlighting topics of public interest, and crafting a narrative aligned with its social purpose, we doubled its media presence in less than a year, strengthening its reputation among key audiences such as the general public, specialized media, and decision-makers.

WE SOLVE

We developed a plan that combines original content with timely paid media. Together with expert spokespeople, we addressed a variety of technical and public interest topics that bring people closer to economic issues with legal implications affecting their daily lives. We increased national and regional presence by integrating citizen-focused topics, expert voices, and opinion.
