Tecno Fast, one of the world’s leading modular solution design, manufacture, assembly, leasing, and sale companies, entrusted us with communicating its acquisition of U.S. company Triumph Modular.
This milestone marked Techno Fast’s entry into the North American market, making it one of the Chilean business sector’s most important financial transactions of the year.
Our solution
Our services included defining a communications strategy, preparing communication materials addressed to the company’s various stakeholders (collaborators, clients, suppliers, and the financial market), and disseminating the news to both Chilean and U.S. media.
The impact
Chile’s main national media outlets covered the acquisition. In the United States, nearly 100 financial outlets across 17 states (including Massachusetts, California, and Florida) published the news, totaling over 139 million visits.
