From more to better
We worked for five years with Clínica Las Condes (2013-2017), seeking to strengthen its position as a benchmark in the country’s private health industry and to ensure the opening of its new building, which practically doubled its capacity, was successful.
We renewed its image, and we modified its slogan from “Live more” to “Live better,” stressing communications on the human angle of healthcare (focusing on experience and service); we conducted the advertising and a marketing campaign for the Clinic’s expansion project, which led to its current promotional challenge “Start living better,” and has included alliances with Team Chile, content capsules on tv and multiple urban activations.
The opening of the new building of Clínica Las Condes was a success, reaching the objective of occupying the capacity of almost all its floors, in addition to achieving important recognitions related to the satisfaction of its clients: For the second year in a row, Procalidad granted them the customer satisfaction award; Praxis Xperience Index awarded them the first place in the experience ranking of the clinical sector. Lastly and more recently, Los Andes University Business School awareded the Clinic with the consumer loyalty award..
